ADMISSION FORMS ARE NOW OPEN FOR THE FOLLOWING COURSES

  1. FYBSc (UNAIDED) (5-year Integrated)- Bioanalytical Sciences
  2. FYBVoc (UNAIDED)- Pharma Analytical Sciences
  3. FYBA (Communication and Mass Media)- Marathi Medium
  4. FYBSc (AIDED)- Only for students belonging to the reserved category (EWS, SC, ST, OBC, VT/DT(A), NT-B, NT-C and NT-D)

 

 

Instructions to students seeking admission to First Year

Step 1: Register online at mum.digitaluniversity.ac and fill  University of Mumbai Enrolment form. Fill separate form for every program you wish to apply at Ramnarain Ruia Autonomous College

 

Step 2: Save the pdf of this form and take a print out. (You will need to upload this with the Ruia College form and also submit this with original documents later)

Please note:

  1. A guide to fill the form is available at www.ruiacollege.edu, -Admissions- senior tab.
  2. You have to fill Separate form for each of the following Programs:
  • FYBSc (AIDED)
  • BIOANALYTICAL SCIENCES (5-year Integrated)
  • FYB Voc (Pharma Analytical Science)
  • FYBA ( Communication and Mass Media)- Marathi medium

 

Step 4:  Complete filling the admission form, upload the relevant documents and do the payment for admission form.

 

Please Note:

  1. Merit List is prepared on the basis of Percentage calculated from the aggregate marks obtained by students and generated on the basis of Admission Form submitted online to Ramnarain Ruia Autonomous College
  2. If the required documents (Check list below) are not uploaded along with the duly filled form, it will be NOT be considered for the merit list.

 

 

Step 5: Preview the form. Read all the declarations carefully. Save the pdf of the form. (You will need to submit this along with documents later)

 

Your application process is now complete.

LIST OF DOCUMENTS:

Students are required to upload the following documents

(jpg/ jpeg/ gif/ png/ pdf format with maximum size 300 kb) along with the admission form:

  1. Copy of Adhaar Card- Mandatory
  2. Copy of 12th Marksheet- Upload the result received online
  3. Copy of Leaving/ Transfer Certificate from Junior College- Not mandatory for upload, currently
  4. University enrolment form- Mandatory
  5. University Undertaking form (format is given below), printed or handwritten and signed- Mandatory :For the Template - Click Here 
  6. Migration Certificate- for other board students- Not mandatory for upload, currently
  7. Caste Certificate- for students applying under reservation- Mandatory
  8. Gap Certificate- for students who have cleared 12th std before 2021- Mandatory

Students applying under other categories will have to keep the following ready for verification before admission:

1)  Copy of Parents Transfer Order from outside Mumbai into the City

Sports & Cultural Category

1) Highest Level Competition Achievement Certificate

(i.e. International/National/State/District level Competitions)

2)  List of wining certificates arranged in Highest order

Ward/Grandson or daughter of Freedom

fighter

1)  Certificate of freedom fighter from the Government
