- If
a student withdraws his admission before the commencement of the academic
year, the institution refunds the tuition fees, laboratory fees and
deposit (if any), and library deposit actually received from the student,
in full.
- If
a student desires to withdraw his admission after the commencement of
the academic year, the institution would retain the admission fees,
term fees (and laboratory fees, if any), and also the proportionate
amount of the tuition fees till the end of he month in which the refund
is claimed. The remaining amount of tuition fees alongwith various deposits
would be refunded.
- In
both the cases, the institution reserves the right to retain the entire
amount of tuition fees, term fees and laboratory fees
(if any); the library deposit and laboratory deposit (if any) will however
be refunded in full.
